-Soothing foot soak and gentle guided breathwork,
-Customised massage with focus on the back, neck, shoulders, hands and arms
-Face and Scalp Massage with special attention paid to the eyes, TMJ, forehead and temples using massage and gua sha techniques.

This tailored treatment is followed by a 2 course lunch served in the award winning Perrotts Garden Bistro and is available Monday to Friday only.
