Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel this spa reservation, our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the reservation is cancelled within this period, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
Pregnancy/Medical Conditions: Please advise us if you are pregnant and/or if you have any medical conditions or allergies we should be aware of in advance of your arrival.
Robes & Slippers: These are provided in the spa, & of course, we have larger robes available upon request. The slippers provided are one size, should you feel more comfortable you are welcome to bring your own non-slip flip flops/sandals for use by the pool area instead.
Age Requirements: Spa Treatments are designed for adults over the age of 18 only.
Spa Packages are designed for one person only.
Our highly experienced Spa team include both male & female therapists, please do let us know in advance if you have a preference.
